Installation

Import the supplied SQL into your server database before anything else.
Copy the resource folder into resources.
Add its ensure line to server.cfg, below your framework core and your MySQL resource.
Restart the server and sign in as an officer to confirm the dashboard, citizen database and vehicle registry are reading from the database.
Set your colours, themes, layout and language in the configuration once the data is coming through.
