QBCore Framework V3 stepped up the visual and social layer of the standard QBCore base. Where V2 focused on getting the economy and job loop right, V3 adds the presentational depth that turns a functional server into one players actually want to screenshot: proper EUP uniforms for police and EMS, custom apartment interiors, and a working voice-radio stack via PMA-voice. If your community cares about immersion as much as mechanics, this is the version to start from.
Included Systems and Content
The package covers the full spectrum from daily-driver civilian life through organised criminal operations. The drug system is a particular stand-out — multi-stage processing with custom animations rather than a single progress bar slap.
- Custom EUP clothing packs: tailored police, EMS, and civilian outfits pre-configured in the outfit menu
- Custom apartment interiors replacing generic shell locations with styled living spaces
- PMA-voice proximity audio with in-game radio frequency support for dispatch coordination
- In-game phone system with contact lists, messages, and map integration
- Full inventory management — weight-tracked, item-categorised, and ready for shop integration
- Police MDT with live dispatch alerts, warrant tracking, and officer roster
- Whitelisted jobs: police, ambulance, mechanic, nightclub manager, truck driver, tow operator
- Public jobs: burger restaurant, bus driver, taxi, with shift-based payout logic
- Gang faction system with territory control and member hierarchy
- Vehicle dealerships: luxury car showroom and PDM with live stock management
- Pawnshop and black market for criminal-economy item cycling
- Casino, arcade, and roulette for player downtime and server revenue options
- Advanced drug processing: multi-stage production chains with custom animation sets
- Bank, store, and jewel robbery systems with configurable police response triggers
- Cayo Island map integration with accessible interior locations
- Eye-target interaction system covering the full script roster
Framework and Compatibility
Built on the QBCore branch current at the V3 release cycle — the same generation that introduced the PMA-voice migration away from mumble-voip defaults. Scripts targeting this era of QBCore run without adaptation. The Qbox compatibility tag means resources built against the Qbox fork also load cleanly, giving you a wider pool of community scripts to pull from.
Best Fit for This Build
V3 suits server owners launching a mid-size community where presentation matters from day one. The EUP setup alone saves several hours of outfit configuration, and the Cayo Island map gives players a destination outside the base Los Santos map on their first session. Communities targeting 20–60 concurrent players will find the job variety and criminal system depth match that population well — enough content to keep different play styles occupied without a staff team chasing edge cases constantly.

- Use a test server or schedule a maintenance window before changing production.
Ready when You can restore the previous database, files, and configuration.
-
Install in the documented order
Apply only the changes supplied for this resource, keeping dependency and startup order intact.
- Place the resource folder where your server loads resources, without renaming it unless instructed.
- Install dependencies first, then import included SQL once and review configuration values.
- Add the documented resource name to the server startup configuration after its dependencies.
Ready when The resource starts without missing files, exports, tables, or dependencies.
-
Verify the complete player flow
Restart the test server, watch both server and client consoles, and exercise the resource before opening it to players.
- Test the main workflow with an authorized player and a player without permission.
- Reconnect and restart once to confirm saved state and startup behavior.
- Review console output again before promoting the same configuration to production.

QBCore Framework V3 compatibility and specs
Spun this up on our dev box Sunday night just to see how clean the base actually was before letting the rest of the staff touch it. Took maybe twenty minutes total to get database and keys sorted out without hitting any weird dependency walls. Everything loads up clean and the EUP packs were already linked properly which saved our clothing guy a headache.
config files are very well organized and we adjusted the drug processing timers easily !
